Entering the job market isn't easy at all. And it's common to say that trainees are only good for serving coffee.
But now it's Delta Q's turn to serve them.
Desde a pandemia, a economia piorou e isto não é um bom sinal para os jovens que querem entrar no mundo do trabalho.
Entrar no mercado não é nada fácil. E é comum dizer-se que os estagiários só servem para servir cafés.
Mas agora é a vez da Delta Q a servi-los.
To help them enter the job market, the idea is to create an internship platform on Instagram Reels where they can send their CV to companies just by posting it.
Para ajudar esta geração a entrar no mercado de trabalho, a ideia é criar uma plataforma de estágios no Instagram Reels onde é possível enviar o CV às empresas apenas com um post.
After creating the video presenting themselves, they just need to post it on their Reels with the hashtag #DeltaQAtTheTraineesService, which automatically redirects the resumes to the platform.
A different CV that shows who they are in a more genuine and creative way than just sending a PDF.
Depois de criarem o seu vídeo de apresentação, basta postá-lo no seu Reels com a hashtag #DeltaQAoServicoDosEstagiarios que irá redireciona automaticamente os currículos para a plataforma.
Um CV diferente que mostra quem são de uma forma mais genuína e criativa do que apenas enviar um PDF.
The platform will be divided into different employment areas to make it easier for companies. This way, HR will have a feed as addictive as TikTok or Instagram.
A plataforma estará dividida por várias áreas de emprego para facilitar o trabalho das empresas. Desta forma, os RH terão um feed tão viciante quanto o do TikTok or Instagram.
This way, companies and trainees will be like Delta Q coffees.
